Your roller blind doesn't fit? No problem!
We know that it is not easy to measure your window correctly and order the right CLIP'N'SHADE external roller blind. Windows are very different and our configurator can only show the standard windows.
That is why we offer the opportunity to test the product for 14 days for all standard products. If it does not fit, you can return the products to CLIP'N'SHADE, Sedanstraße 21b, 97082 Würzburg, Germany - the purchase price will be refunded to 100%. Only the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. However, there are no new shipping costs for the return. Please contact us by e-mail at info@clipnshade.de for a return label and register your return.
Even if it is not a "must", we are very happy if you tell us the reasons for your return - so we can work on our products and services and constantly improve.
Special case: customised products
If a customised product has been agreed with us in writing, we do not offer this service. A complaint without reason is not possible. However, the statutory warranty does of course apply.
A custom-made product can be recognised by an additional charge for special expenses noted on the order overview and invoice.
