Your roller blind does not fit? No problem!

We know that it is not easy to measure your window correctly and order the right CLIP'N'SHADE external blind. Windows are very different and our configurator can only show the standard windows.

That's why we offer the opportunity to test the product for 14 days for all standard products. If it does not fit, you can return the products to CLIP'N'SHADE, Sedanstraße 21b, 97082 Würzburg, Germany - the purchase price will be refunded 100%. Only the shipping costs will be charged to the customer. However, there are no new shipping costs for the return. Please send us an e-mail to for a return label and register your return. 

Even if it is not a "must", we are very happy if you tell us the reasons for return - so we can work on our products and services and constantly improve.

Special case: custom made products

If a special production has been agreed with us in writing, we do not offer this service. A complaint without reason is not possible. However, the legal warranty applies as a matter of course.

A custom-made product can be recognised by an additional charge for special expenses noted on the order overview and invoice.
